Which keyboard to chose

Demm
Go to solution Solved by imbrock,

I've got a Ducky Shine 6 and I've been super happy with it. I've even spilled water on it twice, and tea on it once. I've completely disassembled it twice to clean said spillage, and it currently works great.

I'm going to give it a 10/10 for durability.

Hello guys!

My Logitech G413 keyboard broke (the spacebar key thore off somehow) and because of this I need a new keyboard. I am thorn apart between the below ones. I am okay with NO RGB and TKL. I am just looking for reliability. Can you help me make a descision?

Keyboard - Price in my Country:

Cooler Master CK550 RGB (MX RED) - 80

Ducky One 2 Skyline (MX Silver) - €130

Corsair K63 (MX Red) - €110

CPU: Ryzen 5 2600, MOBO: MSI Tomahawk B450, RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB 3000 (2x8 GB), GPU: MSI RTX 2080 Gaming-X Trio, CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-U12S, PSU: Corsair RM 650, HDD: WD Blue 1TB, SSD: Samsung 860 ECO 500GB, CASE: Fractal Design Meshify C

Thank you very much. That's a great thing to know. Can you by any chance link me an article or a video with instructions how you can disasemble it?

Of those 3, ducky gets my vote.

Do not under estimate cheap keyboards, I "downgraded" my Ducky One (MX Black) to a Red Dragon Kamura with MX Blues. Build quality on the latter is comparable if not a little better than my old Ducky.

Brands I wholeheartedly reccomend (though do have flawed products): Apple, Razer, Corsair, Asus, Gigabyte, bequiet!, Noctua, Fractal, GSkill (RAM only)

Wall Of Fame (Informative people/People I like): @Glenwing @DrMacintosh @Schnoz @TempestCatto @LogicalDrm @Dan Castellaneta

I cannot, I just removed its screws and pulled it apart, was pretty straight forward.

Ironic. This is what I thought when I was buying my Logitech keyboard. Unlike other manifacturers they seemed the most reliable and the key presses felt amazing.

I guess I am going with the Ducky then.

If you can live without backlighting, I would recommend you get a Leopold Fc750r/900r, They will be much higher quality than all of these options.

Oh I don't have Leopold in my country. But they indeed look great

Thank you guys, really. I purchased the Ducky. And now I know that Corsair would be good too.

I wish all the best to all of you.
