In rising order of performance

None, rx570, gtx 1660, Vega 56 (powermod possibility to match 2070), vega 64, Rad7/2080 (either or)

(The 2080ti isnt value)

And with Navi and super comming, hopefully this will change

RX 470 and 570 mining editions definitely take the cake. You can buy those for 100$ when they do appear, and it has performance close to a 1060.

for 1080p/60hz u really can't beat a rx570, keep in mind it was on sale at a time for 140usd shipped with  60dollar coupon that's easily sold on ebay, putting it under 100bucks. In terms of value...That's it. The next closest thing to that is the vega 56 in the 1440p/60hz+1080/144hz bracket.

The rest is if u need to play on a set resolution, 4k/60 2080 minimum, fastest single card=2080 ti (value doesn't apply, halo product)

I can understand confusion in Rx 480 and 1060, but I feel the 580 and 1070ti should be up there. Also the Rx 570, don't know how I forgot that.

They are cards in the same performance tier. Which means you can manage to find the best value one based on usual market price.

Currently a used 1070ti is in that sweet spot of price to performance, or so I heard.

I didn't know that, thanks for letting me know. I think the 580 would come out on top out of those 3.

Probably the case, but mining 1070 should have it beat as those are very abundant.

1070ti wasnt popular due to its use of GDDR5x memmory. Therefore 1070 was a better mining card
