144hz tn panel or 60hz hdr panel?

In your opinion.. what is better, 1440p 144hz TN panel (no HDR), or 1440p 60hz IPS panel (with HDR)

Really can't compare the two.

If you just asked me which one I would rather have, I would say the IPS 60Hz panel. I don't care much for higher refresh rates, because if I play a game it's not a competitive game. I do care about color accuracy for drawing and video editing.

Honestly I don't feel there's any benefit from HDR, it makes things brighter... that's it... but IPS is a big bump in image quality over TN.

 

It's a matter whether you want eye candies or high refresh rate.

Depends on your work and preference. I would pick 144Hz TN because I cannot stand 60Hz after experiencing 165Hz monitor. It simply hurts my eyes using 60Hz panel.

I agree with this.  There is a huge difference between 60hz and 165hz.  I rather have the TN or VA panel at 144hz compared to 60hz and IPS.  Alto the angles will blow balls the refresh rate makes up for it.

I would go for the TN panel. TN panels are really not that bad anymore.
