Is it safe to put my OS into an intel ssd because I keep reading something that they lock when they have problems or when rebooting? Idk

What? What SSD exactly? but all in all Intel and Samsung have the two most reliable line ups, it should be perfectly fine to install your OS in one... considering it's brand new.

I dont see why there would be any issues unless its a poor quality ssd.

The Intel 600p had issues from what a few folks here had said,  but the new 660p is pretty good, haven't read anything so far about problems.

What you mean is that Intel SSDs detect when their endurance runs out, then they make the drive read only, then after a reboot the drive is unusable.
