So i'm upgrading a few bits in my PC and wanting to potentially change the case too as it's getting on a bit and missing some feet etc and it's huge and very heavy.

Currently I have the Fractal Design Define R4 (with window). The soundproofing is amazing and I love having a much quieter PC. Is there anything that would be similar in sound dampening but smaller and just generally newer? Not fussed about fancy rgb lighting as unfortunately my computer is hidden away on the floor not to be seen :(

Edit- also I am upgrading to a Vega 64 Nitro+, so not sure what space i'd need and how good the airflow would have to be to keep decent temps!

Thanks for any recommendations!

I just ordered a Meshify C it comes in tomorrow, It's pretty quiet and has insane airflow, I used one in a build for a friend a little bit ago the Define R6 is also super nice. But the Corsair 100R Silent is really quiet and budget friendly. Nothing too fancy but I've used that in the past for some audio recording PC's and it worked like a dream to keep the noise levels down.

The newer Corsair 275Q also comes to mind as a possible choice.  PWM fans and a repeater are included if you need them for the case, and it has sound damping on front, both side panels, and top panel.  It's also priced very competitively as well.  Let me know if you have any questions about the case, or looking for additional features.

Fractal Design Define C. Basically the same height and depth, but about 4" shorter. Comes in a solid side panel, acrylic window and tempered glass, as well as the Meshify Version which isnt silenced/airflow balance like the Define C or your R4 are.

Good suggestions on the Define C, but with the R4 you can also add more fans.  I did with my R6, airflow is better and still quiet.  May be an option instead of buying a new case that's arguably very similar.
