Switching between headphones and speakers

Umegadem

Hi, does anyone know of any device that will allow me to plug both headphones and speakers in, but audio output able to switch between the headphones or speakers? It is currently quite frustrating to keep unplugging and replugging my headphones and speakers whenever I change between them

Edit 1: Thanks for all the amazing solutions, but i currently own a laptop, is there any solutions for that?

I'd get bluetooth speakers and headphones and turn them off when I don't need them

I'm assuming they both need to be plugged into the same audio sort, e.g. both 3.5mm jacks? If so, the easiest thing is plugging in one in your front panel audio, the other in the back audio and via Windows' Sound panel (right click on the sound icon in the bottom right of your screen, press 'Sounds' and go to 'Playback devices') you can change from one to another.

Otherwise you could get a cheap 3.5mm splitter, but that means the audio is always output to both devices, meaning you have to physically turn it off.

If they are both using a different audio method (e.g., one is using USB the other 3.5mm) you can use the method described above, marked in bold.

Aren't your speakers plugged behind the case?

If so, then when you plug the headset, the speakers stop working and the sound comes out of the headset
