does the back of this samsung galaxy s8 look fake? 

it does not have the serial numbers

Galaxy s8 doesn't have serial number on the back.

To lookup that is fake, install antutu and compare to internet score.

the videos i saw on youtube comparing the fake to the real, the real one always had like a serial writing on it

No serial or IMEI information on the back, has to be fake.

buy it. if it is fake, call ebay and get a refund. you might get to keep the phone and get your money back. free phone.
