Posted May 3, 2019 HI Everyone, So I'm looking into building a pc for 1080p video editing with gaming on the side. Right now I'm looking into the GTX 1650 with consideration for the RX 580 or 570. Posted May 3, 2019 RX 580 8GB if you can find one in the budget, otherwise RX 570 8GB preferred. AMD's architecture is less efficient in using compute performance to gaming performance, so a gaming equal card from Nvidia loses in computing 1660 is noticeably faster though smaller memory buffer could be a problem depending on your project size.
