Csgo won’t open

Could anyone help?  For the past week the game CSGO wouldnt open. It just says running then syncing and nothing, On launch I dont even get a blackscreen. I have tried almost everything I can think of and can find. I have tried verifying cache, compatibilty mode, deleteing csgo.exe and verifying, renaming fastprox.dll to fastprox.dllold, ive tried launch options such as safemode and the disablemotd one. Any help would be appreciated. I have also tried reinstalling the game and steam multiple times. The only other game I found this issue is Insurgency. Windows version is 1803 recently downgraded from 1809 to see if it would fix. Gpu is 1060 and cpu is Ryzen 5 2600. Thanks
