Case spec interpretation

Zelatrix

If a specification for a PC case has the following specification, what does that mean? Does it mean it has 3 drive bays, one of which is an SSD, or that it has 2, and one of those 2 is an SSD drive bay? I'm looking to install a new drive on my system so that I can dual boot my system with Ubuntu, but I need both OSes to be on the same type of drive, that is, either Legacy or UEFI.

2.5" / 3.5" DRIVE BAYS (COMBO) : 2
DRIVE BAYS - SSD : 1

2.5" drive bays are already compatible with ssd's

so it has two combo bays and one spot for an ssd

It probably means that the 3.5" bays can be used for 2.5" drives instead.

So that's 3 drive bays in total, right? If I have one SSD and one HDD already in there, I have one extra slot for another drive? Sorry if I sound dumb.

It'd be much easier to give a direct answer to how many drives it holds if we knew the case.
