First Water Cooled All AMD PC...

ch3w2oy

I've been here for a few months now and some may have seen my previous build(s) and know that my first build ever started in November 2018..

I went through lots of motherboards, GPUs, CPUs, etc.. Couldn't find happiness.. For some reason I just didn't like my first build and all of it's variations (Vega 56, 64, 1080 ti, 2080, Ryzen 2600, 8700k, 9700k, etc..). After going from Ryzen to Intel and AMD to Nvidia, I decided I don't care for Intel and there's nothing there to justify it's costs (for me)..

Fast forward to the end of this build (well almost, once Zen 2 is launched!!!), and I finally found happiness! My goal for this build was near complete silence while being stunning enough to stare at (sits right next to my display).. This is the first loop that I've done, ever.. And I think it came out great, considering the only thing I used was a stove to heat the tubes ?

I wont be doing anything to this build for a while, I'm finally happy with it and don't feel like something is missing, like in my previous builds.. Will be updating to Zen 2 ASAP, though..

Minimal overclocks are in place now but I'll pushing this VII to it's limits (like all the cards before it). The person I bought the card from said it can do 2200mhz on the core and 1200mhz on the memory and I've already gotten it close but haven't had time to run stability tests.

Specs:

R5 2600

Crosshair VII

Radeon VII

16GB Trident Z RGB 3600 c16

1TB SX8200 Pro NVMe

2TB Seagate HDD

Prime Ultra Titanium PSU

Lian Li PC-O11 Dynamic ? <--- Fucking Beatyy

I also have to mention that this case is fucking amazing! I honestly can't believe I considered other options.. The cable management on this thing is crazy! It has room for EVERYTHING!!! I've only worked in one other case before this (entho pro m) and this fucker blows it out of the water.. Going water cooled? Look no further!!!

Pics for inspiration...

Not the first all amd watercooled pc, but a god damn sexy rig. Enjoy it!

Main speaker setup is now;

Mini DSP SHD Studio -> 2x Mola Mola Tambaqui DAC's (fed by AES/EBU, one feeds the left sub and main, the other feeds the right side) -> 2x Neumann KH420 + 2x Neumann KH870

(Having a totally seperate DAC for each channel is game changing for sound quality)

Yep, now you just need to change your PC in your profile and signature :D

ow then... I'm not complaining

I tried only push on the top rad but it still didn't come down far enough, you could see the cables above the motherboard so the only thing I had that could fix that was 3 extra fans.. Plus they're a little weak so the push/pull really helps with airflow.. $40 for 6 syncable fans? I went back and forth between cheap and Corsair.. I have zero regrets so far..

I debated putting one on the side and doing vertical GPU but I just wanted to get it done.. I might play with this idea more when I install Zen 2 in a few months.. Rads are both 35mm I think. And thank you, I bent the tubing without any silicon inserts!! Thought it would be harder..

That's what I meant.. If it was Corsair LL120s I would never have used that many fans.. It was either 6 of those or 12 of these.. And those 6 would have been $100 more.. Kind of dumb lol. These look great, better than I thought, so I'm glad I only spent the $80.. I couldn't afford $500 in fans lol.

I really only need a little airflow so no need for high performance fans.. I'm not gaming/benching 24/7..
