Simulated Sine Wave UPS with APFC psu

i currently running an corsair hx750 2018.

is it going to work with simulated sine wave ups??

 

i planned getting laplace trident 1300va

Someone will probably yell at me saying I'm wrong in some regard but AFAIK:

Pure sine wave > simulated sine wave > square wave

Basically if it works on square wave it should be fine if not better for it on simulated sine wave.

yeah i know that,but pure ones are quite expensive.

I wish I could give you a guaranteed yes but all I can tell you is it very much should. I see very little reason that it wouldn't.

You're fine.  90% of UPS in the consumer market do not ouput true sine wave and 90% of consumers never have a problem.

but i heard it will damage the psu overtime. is it true?

 

also how much a good ups cost at least? like psu anything below 50$ is kinda trash

I was looking to buy some APC pure sine wave UPSs and I saw them starting around $600. That was rack mount form factor though so they may cost less as a standing unit.

It will not damage a good PSU (like yours) over time.

 

And cheap, shitty UPS's:  You get what you pay for.
