For 120mm fans, it doesn't really get any better than NF-A12x25's if you have money to blow: https://item.jd.com/7775710.html

If you want to save a bit of money, SW3 High-Speed's are also excellent: https://item.jd.com/100000157342.html

You can see some comparisons of the fans in the Highly Restrictive PC Case Simulation section: https://www.thelab.gr/reviews/heatsinks-coolers-watercooling-reviews/noctua-nf-a12x25-and-noctua-nf-p12-redux-series-fans-review-r701/

How good are they compared to the BeQuiet Silent wings 3 and Corsair ML120 and Cooler Master MasterFan Pro 120 Air Flow? The noctura seems a lot more expensive.

Specs: Motherboard: Asus X470-PLUS TUF gaming (Yes I know it's poor but I wasn't informed) RAM: Corsair VENGEANCE® LPX DDR4 3200Mhz CL16-18-18-36 2x8GB

CPU: Ryzen 9 5900X          Case: Antec P8     PSU: Corsair RM850x                        Cooler: Antec K240 with two Noctura Industrial PPC 3000 PWM

Drives: Samsung 970 EVO plus 250GB, Micron 1100 2TB, Seagate ST4000DM000/1F2168 GPU: EVGA RTX 2080 ti Black edition

You've created a pointless loop of air. It goes in the front the immediately out the top. The ram does't really need active cooling.

Well it does feed fresh air into the radiator though, what do you suggest?

Flip the rad and the rear fan.

there's only one 120x120 space for the rear case fan.

You can see some comparisons here:

When it comes to being the best, the NF-A12x25 is it.

Yes, it's expensive but there are cheaper options if you want to spend less. I mentioned the SW3 HS' but the NF-P12's are ever so slightly cheaper if really want to drive the cost down. https://item.jd.com/7988725.html

MasterFan Pros aren't nearly as good as any of the other fan suggestsions and ML120's aren't as quiet.

Well with this build both CPU and GPU resides at 72C on full load:

Here's an end of year update, trying to figure out a better solution of the two:

This version is decent and keeps my CPU around 80C, but suffers from negative air pressure where the dust filter is drawing air in.

This version has a lot more air pressure where I could feel air coming out of the PCIe covers but could go up to 84C at times.

Any suggestions? Would vertical mounting my GPU helps with CPU temperature?

Probably not.

Positive pressure is only good for reducing dust accumulation but is generally worse than balanced or negative pressure for cooling. Take your pick.
