My games are laggy, while streaming

Hello.

 

So I tried to stream on YT, but my game feels laggy, idk why , it shows 160+ fps but it feels like playing with 60 or lower fps.  I have decent PC for streaming with custom OBS settings, but like I said, the games are not smooth enough.

I have fresh W10 with the latest updates and everything

 

Here is my PC

CPU AMD Ryzen 7 2700x

GPU ASUS GeForce GTX 1070 Ti Strix
RAM 16GB Corsair Vengeance RGB
MOBO AX370 Gaming K3

 

Here are my OBS settings

1080p streaming at a high preset is pretty taxing. try 720p low, or get a capture card.

2500kbps is very low bitrate for 1080p. As 1080p30 needs about 3500kbps+ and 1080p60 4500kbps+. How are your system stressing while streaming? And its game only thats having issues?

Capture card won't have any effect on system stressing. Not unless it has built-in encoder, and most of them don't.

I tried with 720, and its not working, still laggy.
