CPU Fan issue - Need Help please

Hello everyone,

 

I have recently started getting an issue with one of my Thermaltake riing plus radiator fans. It seems to be running at a ridiculous level (very noisy). I also get an error on my TT RGB Plus App saying "Warning Controller no. 1. I have checked all the connectors on the  motherboard and on the controller and have tried turning it down on both the BIOS and The app.

I'll assume it's a desktop, have there been any new updates to the pc, but not the drivers of the fans?
i'd also recommend going to a profesional and check the motherboard with a microscope, mabe there was too big of a load, and something is blown or there might be problems with censors

Is it still under warranty? Your best bet would be to contact Thermaltake support
