200GE all the way or a used X3440 and P55/H55 Board with a decent cooler that will allow OC to 3.8ghz stable

I would get the 200GE, afaik you can overclock it if you want to (i think it needs a B350 board tho).

I'm not sure tho. It used to be locked at launch but i don't think that's the case anymore.

You can't oc the graphics thou. From what I saw it last time

The 200GE all the way, its actually got a lot of power for a low end CPU
