Oh, alright! I thought you were going to buy one... Just to clarify, I do not see anything wrong with the SATA 2 hard drives (your hard drive is still working and that already says a lot), it's just that if we're in 2019 it's better to use newer...

Of course it will, all the hard drives make Windows feel slow even the SATA 3 HDDs, if you want everything to run faster, you need to transfer your operating system and the most used applications to your SSD.

The bandwidth is bottlenecked, but the latency is still good, so usage will still feel snappy.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

It's a matter of taste, there are a lot of people who are really desperate (like me) and do not like to wait for things to load, even when the application performance is the same on both an HDD and an SSD afterwards!
