2080ti freeze?

hi so i got my 2080ti about 2weeks ago 
and since the 1st day i was having some issues then fixed it some how and while ago it came back
so when i launch my PC or switch from silent mode to gaming mode or any mode my PC lags /Freeze
and every time that happens i notice my GPU Boost Clock goes to 0 or -53 MHz and Memory Clock goes to 0 
any idea how to fix it?
also my specs are:

GeForce RTX™ 2080 Ti GAMING OC 11G 
Tuf z390-pro gaming 
2x8 DDR4 trident Z royal RGB

maybe just broken drivers or OC software. Use DDU to get rid of the driver, uninstall the OC software, reboot, then reinstall fresh drivers.

Overspends on CPU and GPU and even Memory... grabs one of the worse Z390 boards there is...

 

You should DDU in safe mode and reinstall the drivers fresh new, but the motherboard might just not be up to the task.

tried it on the 1st time the Issue came like 2 weeks ago it helped but you think it will help again?

I noticed that too, very bad Z390 MB one of the worst on the market.

 

I am surprised it still boots.

Find out what it is, it's likely garbage, they picked a crap MB so the PSU is likely the same.

 

Pick a new one, Tier A+ or S and 750W.
