Posted March 27, 2019 I don't use the Discord, so obviously the forum is better.. /s Discord, in my opinion, is just a different experience than a forum. Discord is great for quick easy answers, but the forum is better for actual discussion and more in depth answers. I guess there is nothing wrong with using both, even if it is just to see what form of communication you like better. Posted March 28, 2019 Discord as it always has been is meant for the more routy type whereas the forum is meant for the calmer more in depth discussion folk. I checked out LTT's discord and it follows this trend as do 90% of most of them do in this situation. Good Question tho. You expect me to reply then you'd best QUOTE me so I can........thanks Simple PC Parts list to reference for other Users: Case: Meshify C CPU: Ryzen 1600 @ 3.8 Mobo: ASRock AB350 Pro4 Ram: 2 x 8gb (Corsair RGB Pro) GPU: XFX RX 580 8gb - Clocks: Core @1386mhz, memory @2000mhz Storage: Boot drive - 120gb NVME Corsair MP500 Main Storage drive - 500gb 860 EVO Archival/Backup drive - 2TB Black WD Mouse: Logi M570 for work, and a G502 for gaming PSU: EVGA Supernova G2 650 80+ Gold OS: And of course Win 10 Pro, because Linux ain't fully baked yet. Posted March 28, 2019 From an information standpoint, the forum is the place to be, as any discussion, comments, and general troubleshooting guides are all fully accessible here on the forum. I've always seen the Discord as more of a group chat type where casual and informal discussion can be done between users. mechanical keyboard switches aficionado & hi-fi audio enthusiast switch reviews • how i lube mx-style keyboard switches
 Posted April 29, 2019 Honestly, forum for asking questions and proper discussion, it's organised as well and you can search the forum for similar questions. Discord for hanging out with forum friends Because the chat room in Discord can get really messy quickly. That's how I see it.
