How do I add a graphics card to a laptop with ExpressCard, and the graphics card doesn't require a 6 pin connector.

Go to solution Solved by Jurrunio,

You will need an ATX or SFX PSU to power the graphics card and express card regardless, so not needing a 6pin tells me you dont want a PSU, and that kills your project.

Read the title.

By the way, the laptop model is a Dell Latitude E6430.

There are very cheap PSUs for under $30 that can supply 400 or 500 watts. There are some Expresscard adapters that support 6-pin or 8-pin power, so if you buy one of those, you can have an eGPU.

I found one already.
