I don't really have any in my day to day life, but when I was in Mauritania there's a womens coop that do this most amazing thing that's like a vanilla jam that's based on camel milk.

One of the most delicious things I've ever tasted but long since gone through my stockpile.

Apple Butter

Peach Jam/Marmalade but it has to be Georgia Peaches or I won't eat it.

And Local Honey.  Because I have allergies and I need to eat local honey to cure my allergies.
