Quick question, can 2 of the same BT headphones be connected to 2 phones in close proximity?

I recently bought a BT headphone with noise cancelling, for an upcoming plane trip.

My girlfriend loves it, and wants the (exact) same model.

Will that work, if we are in the plane, next to each other? Will the phones not be confused what is what?

It'll work fine. When you get the headphones, you pair it to the phone you want to use it with. They will only connect to the devices they paired with.

Yeah ok but they're the same model nr and everything, but that doesn't matter? The connection is encrypted or something so it doesn't pick up the same headphone next to it?

when you "pair"a bleutooth device, you lock the signal in to only connect to that specific device.

so eventough the headsets would still be the same, you can only recieve the signal on the headset that is connected to your bleutooth signal.

If two people have the same model phone, it doesn't mean they get each other's calls for example. Same with Bluetooth devices. They have unique identifiers so they will only work with the specific unique device they are paired with.
