In s9, exynos always perform worse than snapdragon in real life speed test even though it's geek bench single core benchmarks are much higher. I think it will be the same for this generation.

1. Benchmark numbers are useless. The single core looks sick in geekbench, but in everyday usage, it won't be faster than some last gen Phones with Snapdragon 845 even (like Oneplus 6t). But the Performance was never the strength of Samsung.

2. Benchmarking after the Chip throttles from excessive Gaming isn't a good idea.

Simple answer is this. Samsung uses two different CPU's in this phone. The North American version uses Qualcomm, I think this is due to A) Contract obligations, B) Samsung doesn't have FCC licensing for radios (As they manufacture the Exonyos chip), outside of NA this use Exonoys. So make sure your not comparing benchmarks to a NA model of the phone.
