not intersting, it's a complete fake, look at how slow the mouse moves, like a CONTROLLER

As kuzimins as said, it could be a port and the person is playing it with a controller. Maybe we have controller support for GTA V? Who knows.

then why would it have enter and backspace in the options menu? also this user is known to have been making a bunch of videos trolling about GTA V on PC
