According to this: https://www.spire-corp.com/power-supplies/pearl-550-sp-atx-550z-ppfc-l/

The PSU doesn't have a PCIe connector at all, and apparently it only has a 4x EPS (CPU) connector?

That PSU is garbage. I would change it if you can.

OK so i was looking for a new powersupply and i am seeing PCIe connectors 6+2. Does that mean 8 or is it atleast compatible with the GPU?

I think 6+2 means it can serve either as a 6 pin or an 8 pin connector, you should post in the psu forum for recommendation of psu according to your budget

This might offer some perspective. $60 is a good budget for a PSU, a quality PSU is a good investment. I personally recommend something like a Corsair RMX PSU.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

But everything except the PSU is ok right?

Yeah, if you want to go cheap on the PSU, get the Corsair CX450 (2017) as a minimum.

Better models are Seasonic Focus Plus Gold, Corsair RMx, ...

A quality 450W PSU will do just fine, I recommend the Corsair CXM, it is a decently built PSU and will be perfect for your build.

If you can stretch the budget by $10 then this SeaSonic Focus Gold unit is a 550W unit and of superior build quality to the CXM unit. It is also a good deal at the moment.

cx is cheaper and better, nonmod is easier to build in than mod for 450w because there's like only 2 or 3 cables you don't actually need (you could ziptie them or tape them to the bottom, tuck them under 24pin etc.)

But the GPU requiers atleast 500W
