If you closed the installer or shut down your pc during the installation it could have bugged out and not installed fully so that could be the issue You can just go on google and download the newest driver again and if that doesnt work you can DDU it and install the drivers again

I have been using this system for 1 year but I havent bought the 3070 yet. P.S. where i looked at the specs it said that the minimum for it is 650W

I think that it should have booted fine just without a signal to the monitor being sent, but this sounds like a bios check up failing to detect a gpu refusing to boot

A friend of mine had accidentally installed his cooler wrong and it wasnt making proper contact with his cpu.. so his average temps were 90-100. He had those temps for months... 3 years later his cpu is still alive somehow (I7-4790K)

It is going to pull that amount with the 3070 or my current RX 580?

I want to get a 3070 as an upgrade to my RX 580, but I only have a 650 Watt power supply and I was wondering if that is going to be an issue due to the 650 Watt minimum for the 3070. So recently I started receiving a lot of blue screens for an unknown reason, I got a new CPU cooler (Pure Rock Slim) but I don't think that should be the issue. I also overclocked my GPU (RX 580) using amd's software so it did it automatically but the blue screens started maybe a day or two after the overclock.I also want to add that my rx 580 is a pretty cheap one but the overclock was only 75hz over the stock one. Also i ran a few memtests and my ram showed 7k errors but only after a gaming session that resulted in a blue screen. i ran another one but this time after i let it cool

Well tbh this will sound stupid but when i got the blue screen i took off my panel and touched the ram xd and it was definetly hotter than it was when it was doing the memtest
