And if you open diskpart you dont see it?

Check your BIOS to see if theres any weird setting to disable NVME/PCI-E drives. If there isn't, RMA the drive. If the new one is duff, RMA the motherboard.

Are you sure that there aren't any other options? I waited 2 weeks for this to get shipped, and it was $150 off.

If it isnt showing up then I can't think of any other. Everything about that setup is NVME compatible.

NVMe drives require the Intel RST driver, to be seen, otherwise the BIOS has to be set to AHCI mode to treat it as a SATA drive.
