Program to force my computer to sleep after a certain amount of time

Is there anything that i can use to force my pc to sleep while i'm watching videos or twitch streams? I tend to fall asleep easily when watching them.

You could probably use AutoHotkey to do this. Here's an example script

Sleep 1800000
Send, {LWin down}
Sleep 50
Send, x{LWin up}
Sleep 50
Send, u
Sleep 50
Send, s

When you press Ctrl + , this script will send a manual sleep to the computer in 30 minutes. Just set the first sleep to the length of time you want in milliseconds. The other sleeps are because I've found Windows key commands to be really sensitive to being pressed too quickly.

On Windows you don't need anything extra. Just scheduled task. Or shortcut which has selected time and sleep command.
