They're within each other's margin of error in terms of performance, as is virtually everything else between Chinese peanut butter in a jar and liquid metal on a bare die, but the AS5 has a lengthy burn-in and is slightly capacitive. If you squeeze it all over your motherboard and rub it in, it might short something. NT-H1 is not capacitive and won't have that problem. Aerocool DS are the best fans you've never tried. Posted February 20, 2019 Best standard paste is Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut. The difference between all decent to high end pastes is usually not more than 1-1.5°K ... basically irrelevant and within the margin of error of any benchmark. Liquid Metal might give you another 1-2°K improvement but that's about it. Toms Hardware made a bige comparison in 2017: Thermal Paste Comparison Use the quote function when answering!
