Do you have RAM installed correctly? Have you tried booting with a single stick?

Main system: Ryzen 7 7800X3D / Asus TUF Gaming B650-Plus / G.Skill Trident Z5 NEO 32GB 6000Mhz / Zotac RTX 5090 SOLID OC/ x2 WD_BLACK NS770 2TBs/ Corsair HX1000i/ NZXT H5 Flow

You're plugged into the display output off the GPU, NOT the motherboard, right? Your CPU does not have a iGPU and as such if you're connected via the motherboard all you'll get is a black screen.

Gaming - Ryzen 9800X3D | 64GB 6400mhz cl30 9070 XT

Homelab - many servers...constantly changing.

3970X/256GB - 5950X/128GB ECC - 5600G/96GB - 3400GE/16GB - 3400GE/16GB

How will i make the second stick fit?

I assume PC posts with a single stick? If it doesn't boot with 2 stick, there are 2 possible problems, you either have the installed in the wrong slots, or another stick might be dead which is unlikely. Make sure you have them installed into correct slots, on that motherboard its DIMM_A2 and DIMM_B2.

Is the fan connected to the CPU_FAN header?
