Can a cooler master ml120r cool an i7 8700k

I am thinking of replacing my stock cooler and want to have rgb on it.  I have heard that 120 aio coolers are not worth it but can It cool an i7 8700k if I were to upgrade later on.

Of course it can.  To what degree the price will tell you.  A 30 dollar cooler will always be better and keep temps down compared to a 15 dollar HSF cooler.

I have an older revision H50 on my i5-8600K overclocked to 4.6 on all cores. Temps stay under 75c in synthetics.

Brands I wholeheartedly reccomend (though do have flawed products): Apple, Razer, Corsair, Asus, Gigabyte, bequiet!, Noctua, Fractal, GSkill (RAM only)
