Dedicated 3D Printing Forum?

ThisIsCheez

I know it would normally fall under the "Hobby Electronic" forum but with how cheap 3D printers are getting I see more and more people getting interested in them and I think a dedicated section would be nice.

3d printing is very specific in terms of hardware yet very broad in term of skillset.

You need a whole forum dedicated for this kind of topic.

This forum doesn't get new subforums unless there really is need for it. How many new 3D printing topics there are daily/weekly and how many of them are active daily/weekly. That's how it will be determined.

There are barely any 3D printer topics at the moment. While creating a dedicated section for them would probably increase that slightly, it's not nearly enough to justify a dedicated section at the moment. We have a lot of sections as it is, so we only want to create more if there is a real need for it.
