They can't sue. It's not like he's selling the device or trying to get a patent for the design. However, I can see some sort of loophole being found and Apple's legal team making a huge deal out of it for no reason.

I know , it was more of a low blow to Apple on my part as they are the kings of suing everyone. It's really the true reason I dislike them so much. They feel that suing is the way to get to the top and honestly, i just despise of it, Since Jobs past away Apple has gone from a growing company to a Company that Tim Cook is running into the ground.

Would be nice to see one with a GTX 780,4770K and maximus Vi Impact.

 

It's cute and a commendable effort, but he really should have gone with a bigger design and at least cram an i5/83XX with a 760 or equivalent. 

 

If this isn't for gaming, it could still have benefited tremendously from a quad processor with integrated graphics or an APU!

He could've used the 760 mini from Asus and put a fan on the top too. Nothing stops you from putting a quad core in there, it's using the stock cooler anyway...

 

But that 127º on the chipset is bs right?  :huh:
