To everyone wanting to help out a student 

 

I am a student studying in the UK and have a research project that requires me to gather feedback in regards to medical diagnosis but more specifically artificial intelligence being used to come to that diagnosis, what I am asking of all you fantastic people to fill out a very short survey that will take no longer than 3-5 minutes, every entry helps improve my research. the link to the survey can be found below and again thank you for helping out.

AI screening tools, especially for skin conditions are pretty accurate, i’d look into them.

I doubt an AI can accurately diagnose squamous cell carcinoma at the momenr since it manifests differently from every person. I do think it can detect a butterfly rash from someone with SLE.

You’d be surprised, there’s been some recent advancements in AI recognition for the skin conditions, relatively accurate. I might be thinking of the histology, but the tool is there somewhere.

People think AI will replace doctors but in reality they will just use it like any other tool. There isn't going to be self aware robot doctors in the next 100 year or ever for that matter
