Posted January 29, 2019 So I found an old tecknet mouse in my attic and for the life of me I can't get the dang software to work. I've tried running as admin, compatibility checker, clean boot, reinstalling and tried running it on another machine but still it never runs properly. Posted January 29, 2019 Are you sure you have downloaded the correct driver? What you have downloaded is intended for GM269, not GM269 v2. There's no support page for v2 as far as I can tell.
