The Pure Power 10 is better quality than the System Power 9... But the System Power 9 is miles better than the Thermaltake TR2. So if the Pure Power 10 is out of your budget and your budget only allows you to choose from either the System Power 9 or TR2, grab the System Power 9.

My Ryzen 7/1700x runs fine with a 400W Pure Power 11 and a higher power Power Color RX480 Red Devil, even with the "Performance" BIOS.
