Has anyone tried painting a "mesh" style case?  I am assuming its a pain to get good coverage inside the holes, without blocking them.  Any lessons learned?  kind of paint?

I sprayed the front mesh panels of my Cm Storm Stryker case, changed from black to white.

Didnt clog up or anything, just dont go to thick with ur coats, and spray different angles.

You'll just need patience

Short bursts of spray paint at a distance, takes time but you get an even coat that covers everything

If you feel like going all out you could try airbrushing it. Not really necessary though. Super light coats spraying past the edges of your panel should do fine.

Tips:

Keep the can farther away then you think you need to (at least over a foot away from what you're painting)

Light coats and waiting for it to dry in between coats will help keep it even.

Change the angle at which you paint if painting more then a flat surface. (Rotate the object or spray at an angle and move around it)

Spray past the edges so that you don't end up with your edges having a bunch of paint when you're done.

Need it to dry faster? Hair dryer on low heat from about a foot away (Moving it back and forth) will speed up drying.

If you want a video of what it looks like done properly, watch from this timestamp. (About 50 minutes in.)

Adam Savage is a professional model maker. He's pretty good with a can of paint. :P

Fine you want the PSU tier list? Have the PSU tier list: https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/1116640-psu-tier-list-40-rev-103/

I find an airbrush works so much better than a rattle-can.

I used water-based paints, then put a clearcoat on top.
