Big fps drop in gpu benchmarks after updating to Windows 10 ver. 1809

I just updated my windows from 1803 to 1809 and my gpu benchmark results in heaven 4.0, userbenchmark and 3Dmark Time Spy have dropped signifigantly. In userbenchmark I usually had 118% but now only 95% and my Timespy score went from about 6800 to 5700. I have read that many others have also had this problem. I don't know what to do and I don't know if there is a fix for it. Is this common right after update or only in 1809? Anyone else having this problem? Here are my system specs...

CPU i7-8700
GPU Gigabyte GTX 1070 ti
MOBO Gigabyte B360 Aorus Gaming 3 Wifi
RAM 16GB 2400mHz Teamgroup
PSU FSP 650W Hydro G

So annoyed at Microsoft cuz they have still not been able to release 1809 without big problems...

Well, you can't really do anything right now, just wait for some minor patches, maybe they will fix this. I usually try to make a dump of my system before any updates or serious hassle. Or maybe you can rollback somehow?

P.S. don't throw rocks at me, but I've migrated to linux not only for work, but also for gaming - having some 'install and forgive' experience.
