Any way to make my games less lag while streaming on Twitch?

On my monitor when I stream the games, there are many FPS drops, like if I stream CS:GO, example from 240fps to 100, and that causes the game to be choppy on my screen which makes it unplayable while streaming

These are my download/upload speed:

Since I live in Croatia, I think I can't get something spectacular in terms of internet download/upload speed... :(

Have you tried if that happens with single GPU too?

Your upload is tight for 3500kbps and I wonder how you aren't dropping frames. Anyway, downscale to 720p30/60 and play around with bitrate. You can get good quality 720p30 with 2700kbps.

Hello!

So, these are my PC specs:

i7-7700K, 4.2GHz

Asus Dual GTX 1060, 6gb

16gb ram

I already tried streaming on Twitch, put the problem is that when I try to stream there my games lag, except Minecraft...

I streamed at 1080p 60fps

Bitrate was around 2500-3500, something like that...

If anyone could help me, I would highly appreciate it :)

Thanks in advance!

downscale to 1280x720

Its really taxing on a PC to stream at 1080/60 on a single rig and sometimes impossible.

Are you having issues with FPS or ping?

Not much you can do about the ping, other than lowering quality settings

And if it's FPS it's probably going to be your CPU, the 7700k i've heard usually has no issues going higher than 4.2 as long as you have good cooling

would it be possible to test it and check your CPU/GPU utilization?

Also what kind of upload speed do you have?

drop to 30fps stream, switch filtering to bicubic, and if neither of those help enough just switch to NVEC encoding

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

Are you having issue with fps? Or games being sluggish? The bitrate is kinda low for 1080p60, but that should show as bad quality stream, not fps issues in games. If its your ping/network being issue, then we need to know your download/upload speeds.

my I7 4790K at stock clocks is fine performance wise with a 1440p downscaled to 1080p stream at 30fps bicubic filtering so that should really do it. i dont really play a lot of AAA games though

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...
