Is it illegal to buy this product?

As far as I'm aware (given I'm not from the good old land of macca's) buying pirated or counterfeit products is not illegal, selling/creating/distributing is. So there's a chance it can be seized at the border.

The problem is more along the lines, will this product work, can it damage my equipment.

Actually have seen reviews of this on YT, it's actually as advertised.

Desktop: 7800x3d @ stock, 64gb ddr4 @ 6000, 3080Ti, x670 Asus Strix

 

Laptop: Dell G3 15 - i7-8750h @ stock, 16gb ddr4 @ 2666, 1050Ti
