It’s pretty much my PC except I’m in a Fractal case and I don’t have 32GB of RAM.

 

I also stepped up to a i5 8600 and stuck on an aftermarket cooler as the turbo boost doesn’t work well with a stock cooler.

i5 8600 - RX580 - Fractal Nano S - 1080p 144Hz

Replace the B450M-HDV with a B450M PRO4 and the case with a 88R and the RX 590 to a 580 8GB, then you're fine.

Sidenote: If you have DDR3 RAM, you cannot use it (you need DDR4. Typically DDR3 is less than 2133MHz and 1033-2000MHz)

Also, getting an SSD is a pretty good idea
