RTX 2080 Died? Troubleshooting Help

I was mid game in rainbow six siege when all of a sudden the game froze and only displayed red green and blue colored pixels so I restarted my PC.  When I booted it up again the resolution randomly changed to 800x600 from 1920x1080 so I changed it back to 1920x1080.  When I did the screen had a bunch of white lines everywhere.  I tried updating drivers as well reinstalling them completely.  When I opened 3D mark it said I had no compatible benchmarks as my system did not have enough vram.  I don’t know if my 2080 died and need help fixing whatever went wrong.

Seems like a VRAM issue, which can't be fixed. You'll have to RMA your brand new card, sorry.

What specific card do you have? While you will almost certainly be able to get an RMA, some companies (such as EVGA) are much easier to get an RMA with.

Before you completely lose all hope, check that your connections are secure. Once I had a lose connection create a similar graphical error.
