Games keep crashing after 30 minutes of play

Hey guys, I've been running into a problem with my pc, where any game I play such as Dauntless and dark souls 3 will crash after 30 minutes of gameplay even if i turn down the graphics settings, I've uninstalled my graphics card drivers and reinstalled them, but nothing. Any and All advice will greatly be appreciated. 

Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64-bit
CPU:  Intel Core i7 4790 @ 3.60GHz   
RAM: 16.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 666MHz (10-12-12-31)
Motherboard:  ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. MAXIMUS VII RANGER (SOCKET 1150)
Graphics: 4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 (Gigabyte)

Power Supply: Corsair RM Series™ RM850 — 850 Watt 80 PLUS® Gold Certified Fully Modular PSU

Does just the game crash or does the entire PC crash? Any error code in the event viewer?

 

Which power supply are you using? (make, model and wattage, not just wattage)

PC Specs - AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D - MSI B550M Mortar - 32GB Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR4-3600 @ CL16 - ASRock RX7800XT - 660p 1TBGB & Crucial P5 1TB - Fractal Define Mini C - CM V750v2 - Windows 11 Pro

only the game crashes an i have a corsair RM Series™ RM850 — 850 Watt 80 PLUS® Gold Certified Fully Modular PSU
