Used budget cpu mobo and ram. Streamimg pc.

Hi guys

I sold my pc and i have a money to buy another one.

Budget: 300$

I need:

Cpu motherboard and ram

I have:

750W 80+ bronze psu (modecom volcano) 

Rx 480 8gb asus rog 

Hdd 1tb 

I use this pc for streaming, making mods for game (something like the binding of isaac)  and gaming.

I think about used xeon 2670, very cheap chinese motherboard x79 and 32GB ddr3 ram. But i don't know is good build in 2019.
