I Would like to have some assistance with my CPU not going above 1.5Ghz

I would like the assistance of someone who is more suitable in this subject as i am currently having problems with my CPU not going beyond even 2 Ghz and it is a i-7 8700k and ive tried so use BIOS and Battery Manager to choose High Performance and it still hasn't changed any problems for what Im currently experiencing. image.png.73949f9aac235bc6505dfc9644dac039.pngThis is has no stress and its being Idle at 1.45 Ghz.

image.png.6dacdb83d7d43d8cb186a4d3cbaae7ca.pngAnd This is what happens when i try to run any kind of stress on the computer using the simple TS Bench at 12 Threads at 64M.

If anyone could offer their assistance in this particular subject i would be greatly appreciative.

it's thermal throttling. Either the cooler's not working, or you havent mounted it correctly.

How do you go about in checking if the cooler is running good enough to cool the cpu.

Is this a prebuild? Will opening the desktop void a warranty? If not then:

Yeah you're going to want to check the mounting for that. You'll have to tinker around, but not like taking it apart, just making sure the water block (the thing thats actually touching the CPU) is making full contact with your CPU.

Absolutely thermal throttling. Either your pump isn't working, or the mounting of the block isn't good. Put your fingers on the pump when you run the computer? Does it feel like it's running?

Is the computer a pre-built? If so send it back.

How long have you had the system? It's probably a mounting problem, but the pump could be dead.

Yeah, in those screenies you can clearly see a small section with temps,.. 96*c-98*c on the CPU cores.
Shame the Pump may be dead,. All AIO Liquid Coolers have Liquid in them, thats not for the consumer to do...

Prebuilt - Send it back - explain Super high temps, low throttled performance, "Its like the Watercooling system is Broken and it Throttles Performance."

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

I'll be quite honest it probably doesn't matter what model your PC is, but I wanted to know who made it to get an idea of what your customer service experience will be like (if you decide to call). Linus made a video about the customer service of pre-built makers, maybe you've already watched it?
