Asus x370 f 3000mhz ram running at 2400mhz

Hello. I recently built my pc then turned it on and loaded in the bios to find that my t force delta 2 3000mhz ram was running at 2400mhz. Tried to load in at 3000mhz into windows but was stuck in a rebooting loop and reset my settings. Any ideas?

Bios update

It kind of just sounds like you need to change the mhz to 3200 through the A.I tweaker in Bios. Possibly just clicking the D.O.P.C option in bios.

Update the BIOS, enable XMP/DOCP in BIOS and set it to rated speed. It should work fine.
