Styles change. If you don't like them, go elsewhere. The quality of content, barring that livestream with completely f'd up sharpness and color, has been objectively better as of late.

Thats true, and I think thats important for people to consider when complaining about LTT, however, I think that they have moved much more to entertainment from their origins.

In all seriousness though if you know that there is a void for content creation that doesn't fulfill your watching needs in Latvia then start a channel yourself and do the type of content that you would would want to see in the area you're in.

I think the problem is that while he lives in Latvia he didn't specify that it's under a bridge.

Don't watch much LTT anymore, but I do from time to time and usually it's fine. They're no worse than they used to be. BUT, I do miss when they were more heavily PC focused. (Not saying it's a bad thing that they've widened their subjects, just saying that I personally miss that.)

There are plenty of Youtubers that can do the vanilla product review videos.  It's not like there are a dozen high quality ones that cover each individual case, cpu, gpu and so on.  LTT is one of the few ones where I can watch even if the content isn't 100% relevant.
