So I'm worried that I might have killed my CPU. During stress tests for overclocking, the screen just crashed and now nothing shows up on the monitor. When I try turning on the computer, the MOBO lights up, the 4 case fans start spinning, my CPU Cooler (Arctic FREEZER 33 Esports Edition) starts working, my GPU starts to power up and the fans for it start spinning yet on the monitor it tells me there is "no input". Can overclocking too high automatically kill the CPU or do you think something else is wrong?

Thats way too much power for your CPU. That was an unstable OC when your PC was still running

Okay. So do you think I officially killed it? (I thought Ryzen safe voltage was 1.45v). I'm really worried. I'm a kid so I don't want to waste almost $200. ???

It sounds like you killed it to me, BUT do NOT take my word for it. I've never heard of what happens when a CPU eats shit and dies. Do some research into 2600/2600x CPU's dying and see if they have the same results as you

Anything is possible, so yes, it could be dead.  But that is not to say that it is.  Just do as msk suggests and see what you can find out.  That's like saying will driving 100 miles per hour kill you.  No, it won't, but if you hit a brick wall at 100 miles per hour, that is really going to mess up your weekend.

That's a lot of voltage, definitely into the "not a good idea" range, but I don't think it's an insta-kill. Reset your CMOS then try to power back up.

Actually the last test I did was when I overclocked to 4200mhz at 1.4v (It was actually stable). I did that other test before and it rebooted fine after that.

you probably shouldn't be giving it that much power even if it seems stable. Thats my take on it though, since I wouldn't feel good going that high

Have you tried resetting CMOS? If that doesn't fix it, RMA. 1.35V is the "safe" limit for a 24/7 overclock on Ryzen.

Sorry kind of a beginner. Where do I usually find the mobo battery?

It's the chrome circular looking thing. Depending on your board, it might sit underneath the graphics card once the slot becomes populated.

Okay uhhhhh how exactly do I take it out?

There's a button on the one end. Push on that, and the battery should be able to be pulled out of the socket. I have a photo below referencing the button.
