Sit tight for a few minutes(around 10), put the battery back in, and then plug everything back in. The BIOS should be reset to default settings.

I think on a board like yours 1.425v is a bit much if u got 4.2 stable at 1.4 id call it a day and stick with that

 

ryzen is fine up to 1.45v but ur vrms on the mother board will be under way to much stress 

u would need a high end x470 board to be running that much voltage all the time
