What's wrong with this 4k display?

Hello! I'm in the market for a new monitor with higher res than 1080p. Since I'm buying a lot of stuff, I looked for a cheap used display and found this 4k monitor with a problem.

 

Is this monitor most likely permanently damaged from being dropped on the floor, or is it possibly a bad internal connection?

 

Any suggestions?

Fragile things like monitors don't react well to abuse. It's gonna cost you a ton to repair that (by replacing entire parts) so unless you can get it for 20$ and live with the damage, look elsewhere

 

(reference: I used to repair TVs/monitors. It's expensive to do and the labour is a PITA)
